Everything Detector

This was a collaborative project for a technical description of the “Everything Detector,” a DIY EM Detector made by my project partner. We chose the canvas size to fit best with the product’s packaging. For context, we wanted this product description presented as a product insert when the consumer first opens the packaging to receive basic instructions.

I created the design while my partner did 75% of the copy. Attention Handwritten notes were added to unify the sketch/ comic feeling of the insert. Attention is called to keywords using a bold version of the font. I took photos of the device and chose a filter that would highlight its features and give it a sketch/ comic book feel that appeals to a younger audience.
